Fall 2017 Unboxed!

Alaska Mist Soaps- These handcrafted, vegan soaps are created in Whale Pass, Alaska. Each soap has a wonderful cent from natural essential oils or fragrances. Each soap begins with fresh, clean Alaska rain water, then are poured with other natural ingredients into handcrafted Alaska Red Cedar wooden molds. Each soap is gentle on your skin and transports you to the fragrant wilds of Alaska.

Bear Mace Hot Sauce- An Anchorage food truck favorite, Bear Mace Bites offers tasty spicy treats like hot chicken sandwiches, kimchi fried rice, and tri tip steak tacos. Now you can savor the flavor at home with their original hot sauce recipe.

Wild & Free Paperie- Lauren Lomprey of Seward, Alaska offers a variety of fun and colorful vinyl stickers inspired by the natural world and an all out sense of the free spirit. Her ever expanding product list can be found here.

AK Dreams- Helen Simmons of Wasilla, Alaska offers soft high quality t-shirts with fun designs that embody an Alaskan wilderness spirit. Her shop also sells leggings, hoodies, beanies, and baseball caps. Whether you're an Alaskan resident or just dream of heading to Alaska one day, AK Dreams designs will warm your heart.

Summer 2017 Unboxed!

Snowdandi Arts- Shelbi Lynne Voit is the driving force behind Snowdandi Arts. Her works range from installation art, fine art painting, children's functional goods, organic body products, tourist merchandise, hand printed textiles, and more. Her work is sold all over the state of Alaska, in over 70 storefronts. Originally from the Matanuska-Susitna area, Shelbi has lived and thrived all over the state, from the frigid north of Fairbanks to the balmy shorelines of Turnagain Arm. 

Sipping Streams Tea Company- Jenny Tse, the owner of Sipping Streams, opened her tea business in 2007 as a seasonal store front. Since then the company has grown to include a year round tea house in Fairbanks, Alaska and an expansive online store. Her teas have won multiple awards, including 1st place for the Top Tea Infusionist Competition at the World Tea Expo in 2011. The signature tea blends and exclusive honey products of Sipping Streams offer a welcoming Alaskan experience. 

Alaska Laser Maid- Based out of Prince of Wales Island, Deborah Ross purchased Alaska Laser Craft in the summer of 2007 after apprenticing there for several years. She offers unique laser etched designs on beautifully crafted wooden boxes. The wood used in her products is mostly salvaged logs from old logging areas on Prince of Wales Island and is milled at local family owned sawmills.

Constellation Mining Co.- If you have always wanted to learn to gold pan, but just couldn't quite make the trip to the gold rich state of Alaska, Constellation Mining Company can bring the paydirt to you! This family run mine out of Quartz Creek, Alaska sells packages of paydirt to would be backyard gold panners and provides video instructions on their website on how to not miss any gold dust in your pan. This is a fun activity that could very well pay off in the long run!
